Laura Horan, Founder
Laura has been improving experiences for over 15 years. She’s been a writer, content strategist, information architect, UX designer, and researcher, working across industries including finance, manufacturing, health care, energy, non-profits, the arts, and retail.
Her passion is bridging the gap between a business vision and customer needs. She combines creativity and strategic thinking to plan for and create experiences that are useful, delightful, and effective.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, she lives with her husband and fur babies in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She’s an avid runner, novice painter, and passionate writer.
